In Home Services

In Home Services offers homemaking support to adults ages 18 to 59 with disabilities and to individuals aged 60 and older who are unable to perform daily tasks independently due to various physical or environmental challenges. Eligibility is based on factors such as physical, emotional, or cognitive functioning, as well as concerns about possible abuse or neglect. This cost-sharing program is funded by the State of Wyoming, Sweetwater County, and patient resources. Fees are determined using a sliding scale based on patient income.
