In Home Services
In Home Services provides homemaking support to adults age 18-59 who are disabled an to those age 60 and above who are unable to perform normal daily tasks independently due to multiple physical and/or environmental conditions. Eligibility consideration included, but are not imited to, physical, emotional or cognitive functions, and possible abuse or neglect.
In Home Services is a cost-sharing program funded jointly by the State of Wyoming, Sweetwater County and patient resources, and are determined on a sliding fee scale according to patient income.
